Awful customer service, I have tried multiple times to contact them as the item was not delivered within the stated timeframe and I have been ignored. I previously reached out to the seller to explain my situation and I found the seller to be extremely unhelpful. The item was a personalised item and as it never arrived on time I have not been able to use it and it wasn’t cheap. I normally have a fantastic experience with sellers through Etsy with great customer service and quick delivery and unfortunately this has not been the case with this seller. I would not recommend or purchase any further items from them.
