Very disappointed with this purchase. The white backing used behind the embroidery is clearly visible through the T-shirt fabric, leaving a noticeable patch around the design. It gives the garment a poor-quality appearance and was not what I expected from the photos. I contacted the seller to try to resolve the issue but never received a response. Unfortunately, this was purchased as a gift, which made the experience even more disappointing.

It all started out well… they said they could do as I asked so I placed the order asking for a mock up before printing. Next thing the item arrives and it’s awful. The writing is huge and not what was asked for.
Still waiting for answers, all they have said is they will not refund on personalised items.
