Product is okay, just a basic jumper but that's all I needed, sizing is small so definitely size up, I ordered 12-18months and I can already tell it won't last my 8 month old very long and he's in 9-12months for all his other bits. Not an issue as only wanted it for an announcement.
Product being dispatched was extremely slow, they did say its 3-5 days dispatch, I ordered sunday and royal mail said they sent it the following monday so over a week. When I ordered it said it will arrive between the 13th-19th of March and came on the 18th so the seller did get it to me within that time frame. I've always had items dispatched really quickly on etsy so was hoping this company would be the same, again my fault as they do state its 3-5 days to dispatch, so i wouldn't order if you want something to be dispatched in a reasonable time.

Really poor service. I initially contacted seller to see if item would be sent by a certain date as it was gift and they confirmed yes. I purchased soon after and they didn’t post it until a week later, when I requested to cancel order they said they had booked royal
Mail collection ( a few days later) and can’t be cancelled. Would not reply to messages and ended up sending me wrong items. Luckily Etsy did step in to resolve. I have been messaging seller so I can return the item and to see if they will cover postage but despite asking repeatedly have got no response.
