This is a beautiful plaque, I designed my own layout but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the layout. I did ask for a proof before they went ahead with the printing but sadly they ignored me. I tried several times to explain what I wanted them to do but they did not offer to re do the plaque. I would say definitely buy from them but make sure that you make them understand exactly what you want. Sad 😞 face as it could have been perfect.
Was made wrong initially, but replaced it with next day delivery thanks!
Great shop this, quality work and great customer service.
I have now purchased two plaques and both were brilliant. I am so pleased. The second plaque was a little different and I asked AI to design it and then sent the image to you. There was an element of the design which wasn't possible but the rest was good to go. I will make further purchases as they are such good quality, robust and very eye catching. The staff were very good and caring. I cannot fault them. Keep up the good work!
Really good quality - haven’t given it as a gift yet but I’m sure he’s going to LOVE it! Thank you!
Great item, made a perfect birthday present
